Our First Weka Off-Shoot!

I'm so excited that Erika Olsen, an experienced property and family lawyer, is going to be Weka's first off-shoot. 

Erika has set up Central Law Limited, based in Alexandra.  She will use the Weka brand, with a Central Otago theme.  Can't wait for her first listing.

With rapidly changing technology bringing about who-knows-what changes to the legal landscape, offering a hybrid range of services makes good business sense.  I continue to scratch my head about why lawyers are choosing not to take up a profitable, fun and interesting area of work.  

A purchaser who bought a house marketed by Weka recently commented that it was the least "vulture-like" transaction he had ever been involved in.  I think that's quite a complement.
